Option 2

Same as option 1 with the following additions added:
- Baltic Timber Weather Boards
- Sisal Paper
- Colour Bond Roof & Spouting (Clients colour choice)
- Corner Stops
- Fignals
- Barge Boards
- Fascia Flashings

Option 3

Same as per Option 2 with the following inclu
- with the inclusion of Cement Lining included
- Security Locks (Requires Power)

Note: All Frames, Weather Boards, Fascia Barge Boards are Primer Undercaoted.

All Concrete floors pre-laid prior to frame installation must have mesh reiforcing and 4 tie down bolts (200mm x 12mm with Threaded End)
